Policies

To provide every client with a seamless, enjoyable, and professional experience, I've established a few policies regarding booking, payments, cancellations, and sessions. These policies help ensure that each session receives the time, care, and attention it deserves. Thank you for taking a few moments to review them before booking!

Booking & Payment

A signed contract and non-refundable retainer are required to reserve your session date.
Your session is not officially booked until both the contract and retainer have been received.
Remaining balance is due before gallery delivery, no later than 60 days after session.
Late payments may be subject to late fees.
Promotions & Returning Client Discount: Any promotion, discount, or special offer must be communicated before your invoice is paid and cannot be applied after payment has been made. Returning clients receive 10% off any full session. This discount cannot be combined with other promotions or special offers unless otherwise stated.

Rescheduling & cancellation

Retainers are non-refundable.
Rescheduling request are subject to photographer availability.
If severe weather or another unforeseen circumstance makes it unsafe to photograph, we will work together to find the next available date for your session.

deliverables

Your gallery will be delivered within 30 days of your session (and no later than 60 days). I always strive to deliver galleries as quickly as possible—and often much sooner! I'm just as excited for you to receive your finished images as you are.
Your final edited images will be delivered through an online Pixieset gallery, along with a USB drive for safekeeping. Your online gallery will remain available for 90 days after delivery, during which time you may download your images as many times as you'd like.
After the 90-day gallery access period expires, I cannot guarantee the availability of your images. For this reason, I strongly encourage downloading and backing up your gallery as soon as possible.
RAW (unedited) images are never delivered. Final images are carefully selected and professionally edited to reflect the style and quality showcased throughout my portfolio.

image usage

Unless otherwise requested in writing before your session, I may share your images on my website, social media, portfolio, and other marketing materials. Your images will always be used professionally and respectfully.

Session Information

Every session is unique, and while I always strive to capture a beautiful variety of images, the final gallery depends on participant cooperation, weather, lighting conditions, and other factors beyond my control.
To ensure every client receives the full experience reserved for them, sessions begin promptly at the scheduled start time. Late arrivals may result in reduced shooting time and, if necessary, fewer final images

Photographer responsibility

My top priority is always client satisfaction. My goal is always to capture my client and bring their vision to life. Your experience is just as important to me as your photographs. From the moment you book until your gallery is delivered, my goal is to provide a seamless, enjoyable, and personalized experience while creating timeless images you'll cherish for years to come.

In the unlikely event of illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond my control, I will communicate with you promptly and work with you to determine the best available solution, whether that be rescheduling or another appropriate option.
