I know finding a photographer and booking a session can feel like a daunting process. I believe it should be fun, simple, and stress-free! That’s why I’m completely transparent about my pricing and process from the very beginning. Everything you need to know can be found throughout my website, so you can feel confident and informed every step of the way.

1. Inquire

Ready to get started? Fill out the inquiry form at the bottom of my Home/Booking page. Once I receive your inquiry, I’ll reach out to chat about your session and help you decide which package is the best fit for you.

Have questions? I’m always happy to help! While I’m here to guide you through the process, all of my pricing and session information is available throughout my website and on my Packages & Pricing page.

2. Time to Book!

Once you’ve chosen the package that’s right for you, it’s time to officially book your session!

Before booking, you’ll need to choose your date and location(s). If you need help deciding where to take your photos, check out my Location Guide, linked on my Packages & Pricing: Seniors page.

To officially secure your date, you’ll need to:

• Sign my General Photography Contract, which is designed to protect both you and me throughout the photography experience.
• Pay a 50% retainer to reserve your date.

Once your contract is signed and your retainer is paid, your date is officially yours! 🎉

3. Session Prep

Now for one of the fun parts — planning your session!

Before your session, you’ll get to choose your outfits and decide on the overall look and feel you want for your photos. Whether you know exactly what you want or need a little guidance, I’m here to help!

You’ll also have access to my Style Guide, which includes tips and inspiration to help you feel confident and prepared. You can find it linked on my Packages & Pricing: Seniors page.

And remember, you don’t have to figure everything out on your own. I’m here to help throughout the entire process!

4. Session Day

The day is finally here! ✨

This is where you get to relax, have fun, and let me take care of the rest. I’ll guide you through posing and help you feel comfortable in front of the camera, so you never have to worry about wondering what to do.

My goal is for your session to feel less like a photoshoot and more like a fun experience you’ll actually enjoy.

So show up, be yourself, and let’s create a gallery you’ll love! 📸

5. Final Invoice & Gallery Delivery

After your session, it’s time to wrap everything up!

Your remaining balance must be paid in full before your final gallery is delivered. Once your final invoice has been paid, I’ll finish editing and prepare your images for gallery delivery.

When your gallery is ready, you’ll receive a link to your online gallery, where you can view and download your final images. In addition to your online gallery, I’ll also mail you a thumb drive containing your full gallery, so you’ll have a physical copy of your images to keep and enjoy.

And that’s it! You’ll have your beautiful images to look back on and enjoy for years to come. 🤍
